​Our SLAM challenge today was to hold any variation of a plank for 10 minutes...and these ladies killed it! 

Planks are a great way to train your core stability and learn how to breathe in order to manage pressure for pelvic health!

πŸ‘‰πŸΌdirect breath between shoulder blades and sides of rib cage

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ sense pelvic floor movement with breath (expands down on the inhale, contracts up on the exhale)
