βOur SLAM challenge today was to hold any variation of a plank for 10 minutes...and these ladies killed it!
Planks are a great way to train your core stability and learn how to breathe in order to manage pressure for pelvic health!
TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR PLANK:
knees soft
push chest to sky without over flexing your mid spine
direct breath between shoulder blades and sides of rib cage
sense pelvic floor movement with breath (expands down on the inhale, contracts up on the exhale)
