Almost 8 years old and still likes to trot along as I jog ❤️

Things to think about:

🔹Where do your feet hit?

🔹Do you put more weight through one leg versus the other?

🔹Do your arms swing equally?

🔹Do you feel rotation through your spine/ribs?

🔹Do you breathe with your mouth open or shut?

Tuning into your movement and recognizing imbalances is the first step to improving your running form!
