Great for positioning and practicing good pooping posture.

This comes in multiple sizes and we suggest it to back sleepers with lower back pain.

McKenzie Cervical Roll

Perfect for back sleepers to support their neck, and side sleepers to use under their abdomen to support their spine. We suggest using this instead of a pillow (if tolerable) if you want to sleep on your back.

Dumbbells

To be used with the Sprint-Drag-Carry event. There are a lot of dumbbells out there, but Amazon provides one of the less expensive options.

Bumper Plates

There are a lot of options out there for bumper plates. American, Rogue, and other companies. If you want bumpers from Amazon, we use Hulkfit plates and love them. We also own some American plates and they're amazing.

Medicine Ball

We have been tossing this one around our home gym for awhile now and it gets the job done.

  • Inexpensive
  • Grips help to keep control, though you may want to use gloves

Standing Pull-up Bar

You can hang bands or your TRX from it.

  • Provides a stable base for a lot of exercises beyond just pull-ups
  • It is advertised as a squat rack, but it can only hold 300 pounds and I wouldn't suggest buying this as a squat rack

Trap Bar

There are many options on Amazon, here, but we bought ours from Walmart for a really good price.

Excellent choice for a home gym that is easily moved around, and if you don't want to spend the money on a large squat rack.

REP AB-3000 Bench

Bench

When it comes to benches, you want to go for something a little more professional and stable. REP, Rogue, and American all make solid options for your home gym. We personally have a REP AB-3000 because it is the best bang for the buck of what we wanted: flat / incline / decline.
